Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Platform, for any cause of action, shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to pakmega during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms, if required by regulatory authorities, or if we decide to discontinue all or part of the Platform.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of our operating licence.
